Gwanak Starlight Walk is a signature winter festival of Gwanak-gu in Seoul. It's a lighting festival where visitors can enjoy beautiful light installation along Byeolbitnaerincheon Stream. The event area spans 300-meters from Sillimgyo Bridge to Bongnimgyo Bridge. The diverse lighting artworks created by ten different Korean artist teams come together to create a space where stories of individuals all become one as a community. Various hands-on programs offer visitors a chance to see and enjoy the sights and sounds of the city throughout the festival period.

Gwanghwamun Market takes place along with the Seoul Lantern Festival to support local small businesses and promote Seoul night tourism. The market features local store owners and businesses that exhibit and sell seasonal decor, handcrafted items, and winter snacks.

Marking its second anniversary, this year's Gourmet Eat Gangnam highlights the theme of gourmet festival, featuring a chef cooking show with 100 different menu items. The event takes place from November 4 to 16 at the plaza in front of COEX's East Gate. 100 Year Market, a traditional market with a long history, transforms into a vibrant night market as evening falls. With a mini mirror ball, neon signs, and a mini DJ booth alongside new dining options each month, this retro-themed market is perfect for visitors of all ages.

The Jamunbak Festival is a celebration of the artistic life of Seoulites. At the foot of Bukhansan Mountain, the festival features exhibitions, performances, forums, workshops, and field trips that bring together artists of different generations and citizens of Seoul-who have long led Korea's artistic culture-to reflect on and propose new directions for their own artistic lives. The festival aims to create a platform where emerging artists experimenting with new aesthetics, mid-career artists who form the backbone of Korean art, collectors, critics, students, and the general public can all engage in dialogue together.

The Youngsan Youth Festival, a wellness-themed event, invites both youths and residents to take the initiative for their well-being by achieving a balanced state of mental, physical, and social health. The K-Pop Cover Dance Festival World Final brings together K-pop fans from around the world, offering them a chance to become the main stars on stage. Going beyond just dance, the festival provides a platform where K-pop fans worldwide can share their culture, build a global network, express their passion through dance, and connect the entire world through Korean culture and K-pop.
