Buchu Haemul Kalguksu Sikdang (부추해물칼국수식당)

Buchu Haemul Kalguksu Sikdang is a restaurant famous for its buchu haemul kalguksu (noodle soup with chives and seafood). The dish features a broth that is simmered for two hours using chicken and vegetables. Generous amounts of daily-caught fresh clams and plenty of chives are then added, creating a clean and exceptionally tasty soup. Thanks to its refreshing taste, it is also popular as a hangover remedy. Pairing it with jjukkumi (spicy stir-fried webfoot octopus) is highly recommended.
