Gangneung Eomjine Kkomakjip (강릉엄지네꼬막집)

Eomjine kkomakjip is renowned for its cockle salad bibimbap. The dish is served with a plentiful portion of fresh cockles, and the rice mixed with savory seasoning is excellent. Trying out the oijingeo sundae (squid sundae) is a recommendation; the dish, celebrated as Gangneung specialty, is steamed squid stuffed with vegetables and minced meat.
