#This accommodation is a foreigner-exclusive tourist urban guesthouse. Korean residents are not permitted to use the services provided thereby. Opened in May 2020, this guesthouse boasts of its pristine facilities and contemporary interiors. A navy-blue two-story building with white windows is reminiscent of art galleries. The name “Estacion” refers to a train station in Spanish, while “1913” is the year when Mokpo Station was opened. The building is located 1 km away from Mokpo Station and 340 m away from Mokpo Passenger Terminal, and offers good connections through public transportation. There are three rooms, all named after cities in Europe, furnished with white walls, plants, and picture frames. “Moscow” is a double bedroom with two single beds, “Berlin” is a room with ondol (under-the-floor heating system) and plush mats, and “Madrid” is a dormitory room with two bunk beds. All rooms have a bathroom with a shower. A shared kitchen, decked out with a mint-colored counter, has a table for the guests. A complimentary breakfast is served from 6:00 to 10:00, and the guesthouse also offers luggage storage. Mokpo Port, Mokpo Modern History Museum, and Yeonhee’s Supermarket is located 10 min away by foot.
